1. Application
Designed and manufactured according to relevant standards, the tester is suitable for identifying automotive interior decorative materials (including single or laminated composite materials used in automotive interior components), such as seat cushions, seat backs, seat covers, seat belts, headrest, armrests, and activities. Type folding roof, all decorative liners, dashboards, sundries, indoor goods racks, or rear window sill panels, curtains, floor covers... Evaluation of horizontal combustion characteristics.
This test machine is composed of two parts: "automobile interior material combustion chamber" and "control box".
The burning box is made of stainless steel with beautiful appearance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, high automation of control system, convenient observation and record, stable and reliable use.

(4) Sample jig: This machine has 2 sets of U jig. One set of sample fixture is used for standard sample preparation (100 mm), the other set is used for non-standard sample preparation (< 80mm).
(5) There are 10 ventilation holes of 19 mm in diameter at the bottom of the combustor, and there are 13 mm wide ventilation slots around the wall near the top.
(6) Flame / burning time: 0~99.99 s/min/h set at random.
(7) Burning lamp: nozzle with inner diameter of 9.5mm, burning angle is 90℃.
(8) Gas source: high purity liquefied gas (customer owned)
(9) Flame height: 38 mm
(10) Metal comb: length 110 mm, each 25 mm has 7 ~ 8 round teeth.
(11) Collection plate: material is stainless steel, size: L336 * W85 * H12.
