1. Application
This testing machine is suitable for the research, production and quality inspection departments of lighting, low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine tools, electrical machines, motors, power tools, electronic instruments, electrical instruments, information technology equipment, electrical business equipment, electrical connectors, accessories and other electronic equipment and its components, construction plastics or other solid combustible materials industry. The design meets the requirements of GB/T5169.5-2008 "Fire hazard test for electrical and electronic products Part 5 Test flame needle flame test method device, confirmation test method and guide" and other standards. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, accurate control and simple operation.

3. Main Technical Parameters
(1) Needle shaped burner: outer diameter less than 0.9 mm, height at least 35 mm, pore size 0.5mm ± 0.1mm.
(2) Flame height: 12mm ± 1mm.
(3) Flame angle: 0 degree, 45 degree adjustable.
(4) Specification of temperature measuring copper block: diameter is 4 mm (± 0.01 mm), length is 6 mm (± 0.03 mm), weight is 0.58 (± 0.01 g), material is copper
(5) Check time: 23.5s ± 1.0s
(6) The temperature range of the flame temperature sensor is greater than or equal to 1050 ℃.
(7) Flame time: 5S, 10s, 20s, 30s, 60s, 120s; error is ±0.1s; digital display can be preset.
(8) Holding time: 1s ~ 999.9s (digital display, manual suspension to maintain digital display).
(9) Temperature gradient of gas flame: (100℃ ± 5℃) ~ (700℃ ± 3℃), the time required to increase the temperature from 100℃ to 700℃ is 23.5s.
(10) Imported K type armored thermocouple and stainless steel pipe with diameter of 0.5 mm diameter as sheath.
(11) The test chamber is more than 0.5 m3, the background is black, and the material is stainless steel.
The specific size of the test chamber is L1130 mm x W630 mm x H1305 mm.
