1. Application
Tracking test in solid insulating materials on the surface between the two electrodes, applied voltage setting, or at a certain height drops under the specified concentration of liquid, in order to evaluate the surface of the solid insulating material in the electric field and the contaminated medium under the leakage tracking ability. The design of the tester accords with the GB/T 4207 test standard.
Suitable for lighting equipment, low-voltage electrical appliances, electrical appliances, machine room, used for insulation materials, engineering plastics, electrical connections.

3. Main Technical Parameters
(1) Electrode: the cross section area is 2 mm * 5 mm two rectangular platinum electrodes. The end edge is 30 degree slope.
(2) Surface force: 1.0N ± 0.05N

(4) Maximum test current: 3 A
(5) Two electrode distance: 4.0 mm
(6) Dropping device: drop interval can be set arbitrarily.

4. Notice
(1) After each test, discharge is needed, at least 30 minutes to wait for the second test.
(2) When testing, windows should be tightly closed.
(3) 30 minutes after the test, put away the test equipment for the next time.
(4) After the power supply is connected, the leakage switch after the test box should be opened first, and then the power switch can be turned on, otherwise the power can not be turned on.
(5) During the use of the device, it should be grounded to avoid static reactions.
(6) Wear protective gloves when contacting the solution so as not to cause harm to the human body by corrosive liquids.
(7) The equipment should be tested in a ventilated and dry environment.
(8) In order to extend the service life of the test equipment, please regularly apply anti rust oil on the outer box.
(9) In order to ensure the smooth progress of each test, please regularly lubricate the transmission parts of the equipment.
