1. Application
ZY6024 Double-head test abrasive grinder is one of the essential equipment for testing rubber quality. It is specially designed for rubber factories and research institutes to grind rubber test pieces to a certain thickness for other test equipment.
The planing machine is mainly composed of main parts such as seat feed trailing plate, working wheel, motor and grinding wheel. The ZY6024 grinding machine is equipped with a grinding wheel and a trailer on the left side, which forms two kinds of grinding wheels, coarse and fine, working simultaneously, and has the characteristics of dual-purpose. The product is convenient to use, save time, improve work efficiency, and is safe and reliable.

3. Brief Description of Structure
The motor is located in the middle of the frame, and the two ends of the motor are equipped with coarse and fine grinding wheels. Film clamping mechanism and overrunning clutch (no reversal of working wheel) are mounted on the working wheel. The working wheel feeds the upper trawler. The handwheel is connected by a rotating shaft. The working face of the left and right working wheels is symmetrical and parallel to that of the coarse and fine grinding wheels. Rotate the feed handle and rotate the handwheel at uniform speed to achieve the thickness of the grinding film.
4. Usage
4.1 Turn on the power supply and start the motor. The direction of rotation of the grinding wheel should be in accordance with the direction indicated by the shield. If the opposite is true, change the direction of the motor immediately.
4.2 Hold the small handle on the side of the working wheel at the end of the rough grinding wheel, open the eccentric wheel, insert one end of the film into it, loosen the small handle, rotate the handwheel, and the film clings to the working wheel under the action of the movable roller.
4.3 Adjust the distance between the film and the grinding wheel according to the feed handle scale (0.02mm).
4.4 Start the motor and rotate the handwheel for rough grinding.
4.5 When grinding to a certain thickness, take out the film and place it at the end of the fine grinding wheel. Fine grinding to the required thickness by the above method.
5. Maintenance and Care
5.1 If it is found that the thickness of the test piece is uneven, check whether the plane of the grinding wheel is parallel.
5.2 If the grinding wheel is found to be out of order, the plane (diamond) should be corrected by cutting tool.
5.3 Regularly add sliding surface to the plank surface to maintain normal work.
5.4 Adjust the gap between the nut and the screw regularly.
5.5 The machine is installed in the environment without vibration and no corrosion.
