1. Application
This equipment is suitable for the determination of stress cracking ability of resins and plastics based on ethylene. The design of the instrument meets the requirements of GB/T 2951-2008 and IEC 60811 standards. It has reasonable structure and accurate testing. 3. Operation Steps
Specimen preparation
(1) Make the test pieces according to the "preparation of test pieces" in the "test related data" mentioned above, and then deal with them accordingly.
(2) According to the stipulation of "specimen preparation", the treated specimen is made into a sample by suitable device.
(3) The specimen can be bent with a bending clamp device after being carved. Then the bent specimen can be placed into a brass specimen rack with grooves by a transfer device. Each brass specimen rack with grooves can be filled with 10 specimens. After filling three brass specimens racks with grooves in turn, the three specimens can be relied on. Place the test tube in the corresponding reagent and plug the test tube with cork wrapped with aluminum foil.
Start testing
(1) Properly plug in the power supply (AC220V) and turn on the power switch on the control panel.
(2) According to the relevant provisions of the test standard, set up the "test temperature" and "test time".
(3) Open the "heating" switch, for heating uniform, open the "stirring" switch.
(4) When the "test temperature" reaches the set value and is constant, the test tube can be loaded into the bracket in turn, and the "time" switch is turned on, and the "test time" begins to be timed.
(5) When the test time reaches the set time, the buzzer automatically restores after 30 seconds of alarm, and the test ends.
(6) After the test is finished, turn off the power supply in time and arrange the test equipment well for the next use.
4. Matters Needing Attention
(1) During the test, please do well to prevent scalding protection, so as not to burn at high temperature.
(2) Test equipment, do not put corrosive liquid, so as not to corrosion equipment.
(3) After the test is finished, the power switch should be turned off in time.
(4) During the test, the glass equipment should be handled gently to prevent breakage.
