1. Overview
Building Material Flame Retardant Testing Equipment is suitable for judging whether building materials are flammable. Any material that passes the test of the burning furnace and cannot pass the flammability test of building materials can be classified as a flame retardant material. Its design, production, inspection and other aspects are in line with the requirements of GB/T8625-2005 standard. This equipment is controlled by computer, and its surface is sprayed with plastic, which is more clean and beautiful.
2. Technical parameters
(1) Working power: AC380V, 50HZ, the total power is 2KW;
(2) Combustion gas: methane with a purity greater than 95%, or gas of the same purity (user-owned)
(3) Gas flow rate: 6-60L/min;
(4) Air flow: 2.5-25L/min (air compressor users self-prepared);
(5) The measurement of the pressure inside the furnace: the use of precision 0.5 differential pressure transmitter;
(6) Burner: stainless steel production, horizontally placed in the center of the combustion chamber, 1000mm from the bottom of the furnace;
(7) Flue: The flue of the burning shaft furnace is a square passage with a cross-sectional area of 500mm x 500mm, and is located at the top of the furnace, the lower part is connected with the combustion chamber, and the upper part is connected with the external chimney. The device is equipped with a powerful exhaust fan. When the test is completed, the exhaust fan system is activated to exhaust the exhaust gas to the outside;
(8) Test piece bracket: L380mm * W380mm * H1000mm, made of high quality stainless steel;
(9) Control cabinet size: L800mm * W550mm * H1700mm;
(10) Burning shaft furnace size: L1600mm * W1003mm * H3930mm.
