1. Description
In the constant heat capacity oxygen bomb calorimeter, the combustion calorific value of building materials is tested. Including the total calorific value and net calorific value of combustion. It conforms to GB/T14402 - 2007 "Determination of combustion calorific value of building materials". ISO1716 - 2002 "Fire reaction test of building products - Determination of combustion calorific value" test standard.
The system runs on Windows98 and above system, and enters the machine interaction. The software adopts object-oriented programming method, adopts modular management technology, multi-task operation, adopts advanced serial communication technology, integrates system control and data management, has good compatibility and is easy to maintain, overcomes the shortcomings of job-hopping of computer interface board, has wide adaptability and adopts scientific and effective calculation. The method has high data accuracy and stable and reliable system.
The microcomputer automatic calorimeter is mainly suitable for measuring the calorific value of coal, petroleum, chemical industry, food, wood, explosive and other solid or liquid combustible substances in electric power, coal, paper making, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, scientific research, teaching and other industries or departments.

3. Characteristics
(1) Microcomputer calorimeter keeps all the functions of microcomputer system, and can run general software to deal with other affairs. At the same time, starting calorimeter measuring system can automatically mark the energy equivalent (heat capacity) of quantitative heat system and measure calorific value. Input of sulfur, moisture, hydrogen and other data, can be converted and printed out shell calorific value, high calorific value, low calorific value and other data.
(2) The inner cylinder of calorimeter adopts electric stirring with flake blades, and the outer cylinder adopts submersible electric stirring, which makes stirring more uniform and convenient. The instrument uses a fuse type cotton ignition mode.
(3) Microcomputer calorimeter operates in Windows 98 and above operating system. The whole process of Chinese character prompting, human-computer interaction, that is, learning and using, can be completed by prompting operation.
