1. Description
This instrument is suitable for testing the resistance of plastics and their plastic parts to spread combustion under the condition of flame combustion. The horizontal combustion behavior of the samples is evaluated by measuring the linear combustion rate. The vertical combustion behavior of the samples is evaluated by measuring the residual flame, combustion range and dropping of combustion particles. The design and manufacture of this instrument conform to the standard requirements of GB/T2408, GB13488, ISO1210 and UL94.

3. Technical Parameters
(1) Nozzle diameter: 0.375 inches (about 9.5mm); tube length 100mm;
(2) Metal mesh: square for the side length 125mm, the web plate is made of 0.45 steel wires with diameter of 0.7mm.
(3) The volume of the test chamber is greater than or equal to 0.5 m3.
(4) Outer box size: L1200 * W600 * H1260 mm, high quality material baking paint;
(5) Spray fire mode: automatic electronic fire.
(6) Timer: 0 ~ 99.99 s arbitrary setting. The working power of this device is AC220V, 50HZ, and the total power is 500W.
